Sub-Classes

The most confusing part of your experiences on Necromium may very well be choosing your sub-classes. You have many choices in sub-classes, all of which effect your future choices. You are allowed to partake in one sub-class from each of the three base classes that you did not choose at the beginning of the game.

The sub-classes are as follows:

WarriorThiefClericMage
Warrior---AssassinMonkWarlock
ThiefMercenary---ShamanNecromancer
ClericPaladinRogue---Illusionist
MageRangerBardDruid---

The left hand row indicates your current class and the upper row indicates the class you want to become.

So, for example, if you were to start as a Warrior and reach level 33, you would then have the opportunity to pursue one of the thief, mage and cleric sub-classes. Since you are currently a Warrior, your thief sub-class choice is Assassin. Your cleric sub-class choice is Monk and your Mage sub-class choice is Warlock.

For the example, let's say you choose the cleric sub-class of Monk and then reach level 33. You have now completed both a Warrior and a Cleric class, leaving Thief and Mage left to be completed. Since you are currently a Monk, which is a Cleric sub-class, you are given the multi-classing choices of a Cleric. Your Thief sub-class would be Rogue and your Mage sub-class would be Illusionist.

This time, you choose to go with the Mage sub-class of Illusionist. You again reach level 33 and have now completed a Warrior, Cleric and Mage class. This only leaves Thief. As a Mage, your Thief multi-class choice is Bard.

This illustrates how your choices become smaller and smaller as you progress. Below is a list of all the possible class combinations. Perhaps the most simplistic solution is to simply choose from the list below which classes you would like to learn.

Warrior / Assassin / Necromancer / Druid
